Choose your API region

Use the API for your account’s region. Resource IDs belong to that region; changing the host does not move a project or its data.

Configure the SDK

Create the configuration once and pass it to each API client in the workflow. Keep project lookups, case updates and report requests on the same base URL.

Set TC_API_URL to your account’s API base URL in the MCP server environment.

When a known record cannot be found

A region mismatch can look like an authentication, permission or missing-record error. Confirm the API host before changing IDs or retrying a write.
